Neil chapman

During a 35-year corporate career with multi-national companies, Neil Chapman has counselled executives at all levels when they faced key stakeholders. He has responded to emergencies around the world and coached responders in many countries on crisis communications. Neil runs a successful family history podcast and lives in the North East of England.

Geoff Paddock began as a journalist with Thomson regional newspapers and has spent four decades in high-level corporate communications. He is an experienced crisis communicator, and developed his skills  with British Nuclear Fuels and Imperial Chemical Industries (ICI), both household names in controversial sectors. Most recently he has run a consultancy specializing in digital communications. Clients have included FTSE 100 companies. Geoff is based near London.

Geoff recently joined the Leading in a Crisis podcast discussing driving engagement (and adrenaline) using live social media simulations for crisis training, with hosts Tom Mueller and Marc Mullen.

Before the development of ECHO, Neil and Geoff worked with organisations around the world on response simulation on almost 200 projects, with clients in banking and finance, logistics, energy, chemicals, transport as well as food and drink.
